This six-day/five-night retreat is designed to help you reset
your body and mind in a serene spa
on the French Atlantic coast.

  • 4 Mid-Year Reboot Workshops led by a professional coach

  • 4 guided Morning Circles to recenter and slow down

  • Stay 1 more night and spend 1 day in San Sebastian (Spain) - US$500 to cover one additional night at the hotel, transportation to and from San Sebastian, guided tour of the old city with a local historian, pintxo and wine tasting

Meet Your Guide and Facilitator

I’m a professional facilitator and leadership team coach, passionate about intentional reboot and well-being. I co-founded a workplace wellness start-up during the pandemic and have led many workshops worldwide. I am a French and US citizen working out of Washington DC.Atlanthal is a spa I’ve been returning to for years — and I’m thrilled to host this retreat there in 2026, for the second year in a row. Small Print Footnotes

  • You can also add extra days / spa treatments at additional cost or decide to combine this retreat with a personal trip to nearby Bordeaux wine region or next-door northern Spain!

  • Prices do not include flights/trains/transportation to France/Biarritz/Retreat location

  • One group dinner, a group lunch, and all breakfasts are included. Other meals are not included (the next door beach has incredible food options a few steps away, and the hotel has 2 good restaurants)

  • There is also a 4-star hotel on-site - I like the 3-star and 4-star equally

  • Quoted hotel price is for the 3-star hotel continental-side: beach-side comes at a premium and you can request it for an additional cost when booking (if you book early the hotel is sometimes upgrading you for free)

  • The spa requires a medical form from your primary care doctor indicating you are fit enough to receive spa treatments (I will email you the English version of the form upon booking)

  • The retreat will go ahead regardless of the number of participants

  • Once we reach 10 confirmed participants, we will open a wait list, and when the wait list reaches 6 persons, we will open a 2nd week (likely the following week - to be confirmed)

  • Payments when booking before April 15, 2026: US$800 deposit to secure your spot. Full payment by April 15, 2026

  • Payments when booking after April 15, 2026: Full payment is due at time of booking

  • Cancellations before May 1, 2026: Full refund minus US$250

  • Cancellations before May 25, 2026: Full refund minus US$500

  • Cancellations before June 25, 2026: 50% of all payments are refundable

  • Cancellations after June 25, 2026: payments become non-refundable

On The Beach

A couple of minutes walk on the beach and you come across local hangouts with great food, made from scratch with local produce. Ideal for lunch or dinner by the beach!An early morning or after-dinner leisurely walk on the walkway along the beach or on the sand is a great way to take in all the sensations brought by the sea, sand, and a beautiful sky.
